Blessed Beyond Belief

I've struggled to find the balance between not complaining about hard things in my life and not bragging about my perfect marriage and family, wonderful life, etc. etc. No one enjoys reading about how someone else's life must be better than their own and I'm sure that people don't care to read depressing details of other people's lives. As I attempt to balance this conundrum, I tend to keep this blog pretty upbeat and positive.

But I think it helps people to know that life is hard for others, not just themselves. I'll just say that I've been having a hard time lately. Luckily, I have the support of Johnny, my family, his family, and our friends as we go through this particular trial. That's the original reason for this post - to say thanks for some of our most recent blessings. I've got an aunt and a cousin who have been answers to our prayers in a big way. I've got a baby sister who was woken up by a desperate, early phone call on a rainy Saturday morning and immediately drove over just to spend the entire day with me. I've got a beautiful bouquet of flowers on my kitchen counter sent all the way from my family in Arkansas, just to let me know they're thinking of me.

Basically, I don't even know what to do with all of these blessings! There are so many others that I don't have time to mention.

Thanks for all the help we've been given as we experience a difficult time in our wonderful lives!
